Warm Dandelion Greens with Pomegranate and Onions

Dandelion greens are highly nutritious and can be served raw or cooked. In this recipe, their natural bitterness is off set by the sweetness in the pomegranate seeds and sauce. It lends itself well as a side to almost any meat dish.

Ingredients
  

  • 5 cups Dandelion greens Chopped
  • Cup Red onion sliced
  • cup Pomegranate seeds
  • Tbsp Olive oil
  • Pomegranate sauce Splash for taste
  • Salt To taste

Instructions
 

  • Wash, chop, and dry greens. Set aside.
  • Heat pan with olive oil and add onion. When slightly cooked, add greens and salt to your liking. Cook till greens are wilted.
  • Remove from pan, place in bowl and add pomegranate seeds. Drizzle on pomegranate sauce to taste.
