- ½ Cup Fennel Sliced thinly
- 3 Tbsp Fennel fronds finely chopped
- ½ Cup Cucumber Diced
- ⅓ Cup Tomato Diced
- 6 Tbsp Lemon juice
- 6 Tbsp Olive oil
- 2 Tbsp Rice vinegar
- 1½ Tsp Lemon zest
- 1 Tsp Fresh garlic
- ½ Tsp Garlic powder
- Salt To taste
- Pepper To taste
