Ingredients
  

  • ¾ Cup Kefir or plant based milk
  • ½ Cup Banana slices Frozen
  • 1/2 Cup Zuchinni slices Frozen
  • ½ Small avocado
  • 2 Tsp Raw cacao powder
  • 1 Tbsp Flax meal
  • 1 Tsp Chia seeds
  • 2 Tsp Maple syrup
  • ½ Tsp Vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Put all ingredients in blender and blend till light and fluffy.
