Chocolate Almond Fudge Granola
The fudgiest granola you'll ever eat! Have it with milk or yogurt and berries, over ice cream, or straight out of your hand!

- 2 Cups Oats
- ⅔ Cup coconut
- ½ Cup Almond Flour
- ½ Cup Almonds Chopped or sliced
- ¼ Cup Chia seeds
- ¼ Cup Coconut sugar
- 2 Tbsp Cocoa powder
- 2 Tbsp Cacao nibs Crushed to release flavors
- ¼ Tsp Kosher salt Optional
- ⅔ Cup Maple syrup
- 6 Tbsp Almond butter
- 2 Tsp Vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp Coconut oil
Preheat oven to 325°f.
Whisk dry ingredients together.
Whisk wet ingredients together (except coconut oil). Using a spatula or wooden spoon, add wet into dry ingredients and mix well.
Oil sheet pan with coconut oil. Spread granola evenly onto the sheet pan. Bake for 20 minutes being sure to stir halfway through.
After 20 minutes, remove from oven and let cool at least 25 minutes. It will get harder as it cools and the flavors will deepen. When cool, break apart to desired sizes and store in an air tight container.
