Super Green Smoothie
Coconut water, Kale, avocado, blueberries, chia seed and banana pack a strong punch of flavor and nutrition without added sugars to this smoothie.

- 1 Cup Coconut water
- ½ Avocado
- 2 Cups Kale
- ½ Cup Blueberries Fresh or slightly thawed
- ½ Cup Frozen zucchini
- 1 tsp. Chia seeds
- ½ Cup Frozen Bananas
- 1 Small lime Zest and juice
Put coconut water, avocado, kale, and blueberries into the blender first, followed by the frozen zucchini, chia, bananas, lime juice and zest and blend on high until fully blended.
