Swiss Chard With Apples
This easy Swiss chard recipe is packed with flavors from apple, garlic, honey and lime and takes only 15 minutes to make.

- 10 Cups Swiss chard Packed
- 2 Tbsp Olive or coconut oil
- 3 Cloves Garlic
- 2 Tsp Honey or sweetener of choice
- 1 Apple
- 1 Lime
- Salt and pepper to taste
Put oil into large pot and heat. Wash, and pat dry Swiss chard. Slice into small strips. Add to hot pot.
While chard is cooking, dice garlic and add to pot. Add honey to the pot, stirring occasionally.
Slice apple (leaving skin on) and add to the pot when chard is almost done, and cook long enough for apples to get slightly tender. Add lime juice, and salt and pepper to taste.
