Lemon Dill Tuna Salad
Tuna is great anytime of year. Everyone seems to have their own rendition of tuna salad. I love lemon and herbs in mine for additional flavor. For herbs, I could go for either fresh dill or tarragon. Dried isn’t bad, but in this case fresh herbs are best. I always also add egg to my tuna as well. Mixing the mayo with low fat or nonfat yogurt is a great way to reduce the fat content. The yogurt gives it a slightly tangy bite also, which is nice, and of course, pepper to finish it off. Canned tuna and mayo have plenty of salt in it, so if that’s what your using, no need to add much (if any) salt. Of course, there are so many ways you can serve this, and I hope you enjoy my version!
