Herb and Mustard Marinated Chicken Wings
What meat eater doesn’t love chicken wings? I definitely do! These marinated, roasted wings are flavored with herbs, honey, lime, mustard and garlic which make these so addicting, you can’t stop eating them! They pair up especially well with my Orange balsamic glazed carrots.
Herb and Mustard Marinated Chicken Wings
This chicken is best marinated overnight for full flavor. They pair well with my Orange balsamic glazed carrots.
Ingredients
- ¼ Cup Olive oil
- 1 Tbsp Honey
- 1 Tbsp Mustard
- 1 Tsp Onion powder
- 1 Lime Juice and zest
- 2 Tsp Garlic
- 2 Tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 Tsp Tarragon
- Salt To taste
- Pepper To taste
- 3 Lbs Chicken wings
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together everything but the chicken. When mixed well, place in a large plastic bag.
- Add chicken and cover completely with the marinade. Let sit overnight or for about 6-8 hours to reach full flavor potential.
- Set oven to 475°f. Spray a sheet pan with nonstick spray. Space chicken on sheet pan so they aren't touching . Roast for about 35 minutes or until brown.
