Make Your Own Taco Seasoning
I know. Why should you make taco seasoning when you can buy it in a package? Why should you make anything fresh? Because you’re always in control! For those who are gluten free this is a good reason to make your own from scratch because many of the packaged seasonings contain gluten. I decided to make my own from scratch because in my home we have to watch our salt intake so it’s a great way to control how much salt I want in it. You have full control of the level of spice. Use this as a template that you can use as is or adjust or omit certain flavors according to your taste or diet.
